I notice this because I have been processing a lot of images for the Doomscroll. Trump does it because he is decaying before any eyes that can see. Extreme purification, his flesh even finds him disgusting. Anyway your eyes won't get to see his skin rashes. Trump can spend less time with his makeup artist covering his bruises. The common folk won't see him anymore. Not that they ever did.
Makes sense, young people who could take the heat are busy living their lives, and basically they do not give a shit. Out having their days in the sun. Their affluent elders would be the ones going to the event, and heat kills old people.
