Forget the Container ships using Bunker Fuel. It's the damn Bike Lanes driving up the CO2 in the atmosphere!

The Richmond-San Rafael Bridge has a total length of approximately 5.5 miles (8.8 kilometers). A healthy adult will need an hour and a half to walk that far. A bicycle ride across the bridge would also not be an easy trip. The winds could be trouble.
As far as the residents of Richmond-San Rafael go. F them! The bridge goes over open water and has been there longer than they have been alive.
Should the bike lane be eliminated? If it is not used, yes.
* how much bunker fuel does it take to ship a bicycle from China?. What about the cardboard the bikes ship in, and what about the plastic bags used for parts inside the box. How many petrocalories does a bicyclist use in a half hour ride across a bridge?
An average bicycle rider on a daily commute could typically need about this many. It took research to come up with a reasonable number of Big Macs to provide the energy. I needed to round up a little to get two, but a bicyclist will also need to stay warm. And that will certainly take more calories than riding across in a metal box. I am justified by that, and by considering that everyone does not live at the ends of the bridge.
How many (https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fpngimg.com%2Fuploads%2Fcow%2Fcow_PNG50628.png&f=1&nofb=1&ipt=957b2ebee0a7f26df189f65216945893313077ad04be5398608a3b416dab5ae5&ipo=images) do the bicycle lanes use a day?
