OK, for argument's sake, say Da Judge does go ahead and confiscate Trump Tower.  The bulding doesn't pay the fine, it has to be sold.  Even if a buyer can be found, how much would they pay for it?  I doubt it would cover the whole judgement, even if there aren't liens against it, which I am sure there are.  If the sale price doesn't cover the liens, will the creditors even allow the building to be sold?  They might demand it be held until the market "recovers" and it can fetch a higher price.  In any event, I can't imagine such a sale could be completed and the deal closed in under a year.  There's only maybe 8 months until the election.

Then the idea that The Donald has rich friends who will pass the hat and fork over the fine for him.  That is ludicrous, he can't even find anybody to loan him enough to pay a bail bondsman.  Some other Billionaire is going to give him the cash?  Is Elon Musk really that stupid?

So right now, I can't see where the cash is going to come from to pay this bill.  Which I would think means that until it is either paid or he gets some kind of extension, Da Judge would have to attach not just Trump Tower, but ALL his properties, bank accounts, etc.  There's no guarantee the Trump Tower alone can pay the bill.

If he did indeed have all his assets frozen, how would he run his POTUS campaign?  Wouldn't the money he raises for that also be impounded?

Then, just confuse matters even further, what if he files Chapter 11 Bankruptcy?  Then there is another judge involved who is supposed to oversee the liquidation and sale of assets.  HTF can that get done before the POTUS election?
