It's getting a bit clearer as to what will (NOT) happen as far as Don Trumleone's fines are concerned to cover his bail while he waits for his appeal.  Da Judge won't try to sell the real estate like Trump Tower, which as I mentioned is so encumbered by liens NYS wouldn't get much after the other creditors got paid off first, nor can The Donald raise the money by begging his army of idiots or sympathetic billionaires either.  All that is gonna happen here is that Trump Tower and a couple  of other high profile properties will be held in Escrow while the appeal process plays out.  While any income these properties produce won't be available to him, it won't affect his daily living expenses since those are all getting picked up by his reelection campaign donations.  Then if he wins his appeal OR get reelectted POTUS, the properties will just be handed back over to him.  No money will ever change hands.

Only IF he both loses his appeals all the way to the SCOTUS and the election would these properties ever have some chance of being sold.  Whether he could actually pay off the entire bill even by liquidating his entire empire will never be known.  All the sales of anything he owns will be held up in court for at least the next decade.  Even if he doesn't have a Mansion of his own in the Cayman Islands that doesn't get attached, I'm sure some friendly billionaire will give him one of his places to send Instagrams out to his troops from until he croaks.

All this free publicity + the sympathy vote will probably get him elected though, so in good 'ol Amerikan fashion, he'll end up richer than ever, and the NYS AG will go to prison for corruption.
