What could possibly go wrong?  LOL.  Don't worry, after the Deepwater Horizon blew a cork they hired the safety team from Boeing as a Watchdog to oversea the development.  They also hired the best Ruskie engineers who worked at Chernobyl and hired the son of the Captain of the Exxon Valdez to ferry the equipment out to the platform.They had the whole program reviewed by NASA Rocket Scientists who guaranteed the safety of the Space Shuttle.  They also have contracted out manufacturing to a Chinese Steelmaking manufaucturer who has extensive experience with high pressure loads in building Dams.  :o
