Let's start with the basics, shall we? Plenty of people were outspoken critics of the Iraq war. Are you claiming that all outspoken critics of the Iraq war were pervs? I doubt it. So we can't say that being outspoken on a war made him a perv.

So what did make him a perv? There was Scott...hanging out online, like on your website, and started chatting with someone who told you they were a 15 year old girl. I'm sure you, me and RE would all begin happily chatting with children, right? Maybe. So this claimed CHILD says..."yo...big boy...won't you show me your junk?". And you and me and RE laugh heartily at the idea, having some fucking brains and not being pervs.

Scott decides to happily oblige. So was he set up? Sure. Would YOU have been? Or me? Not me for a second.

And WHY wouldn't you or I have been set up? We aren't pervs, can't be made to be pervs by anyone online, and it has NOTHING to do with your objection, or REs or my objection to the Iraq war.

So Scott is a perv, and all that happened was he revealed it like a complete moron because...pervs don't think with their brains.
