El Trumpo has apparently not received the memo from the IEA that there is a global glut of oil, and the last thing they want to do is drill more holes and oversupply the market even more.
This does reinforce however that His Trumpness will do his very best to completely gut any environmental protections and happily allow the Tech Bros to burn coal if needed to keep their AI toys lit up.
By the time he finishes his term, atmospheric CO2 will probably double its current percentage. :o
