Despite the fact that the sort of corruption you find in the places you mention is more straightforward, I wouldn't like living in any of those countries anymore than I like living in Trumpolini's Amerika. Particularly in my situation given their social services for the disabled are politely described as substandard. lol.
In today's world, I would rank countries like Finland and Denmark as having the most equitable and least corrupt goobermint systems among developed countries if I were able to freely move countries and be accepted as a citizen. Alternatively, living on some small non-touristy island in the Society Islands chain in a grass hut would be OK if I get my pension money and the dollar still works. I'm sure I could pay a couple of native girls enough to give me sponge baths and clean the shack and satellite internet is available. Anarchy with a capital A only works in very small homogenous societies, IMHO.
