Facts aren't predictions. Nor are facts always factual. Nor are even factual facts always interpreted the same way. In any event as Kdog points out, the thread isn't about peak oil, it's about the conditions in Cuba under the Trumpolini oil embargo. If you have something worthwhile to say about that, feel free to post it here. You've already been warned about going off topic to beat your dead peak oil horse.
