Tony has a You tube channel called 'Crime Pays but Botany Doesn't.

I'm a fan of Tony because he talks about plants.  That is my problem and you don't have to make it yours.  But this video has a special feature.  Start watching at four minutes.

When I first found Tony he was driving a train and giving a tour of the engine.  I'm sure that is why this content got personal.  I'll end this post with: Workers of the world unite!
