Hey there, folks. Hope you're doing well today. It's April 2025, and once again, millions of Americans have voted to have their faces eaten by yours truly, Steve the Face-Eating Leopard. Business is booming—but with that in mind, now seems like a good time to reflect.

Let's revisit one of our most popular videos, A Very Strong Case Why MAGA Voters Are Stupid. In that video, I, Steve, attempted to explain the history of the Republican Party and contextualize how we arrived at this moment—or at least, the moment of the 2024 election. But let's check in now and see how things have been going since Donald Trump was reinstated as president. Can we still make a strong case that MAGA voters are stupid?

Well, spoiler alert: Things are a train wreck. And not just any train wreck—this train was made in China with Russian parts, has no brakes, and is hurtling toward disaster.  Let's start with the obvious: Trump was already a proven failure. He lost more money than any American in the '90s, racked up six bankruptcies, faced 47 criminal indictments, and sustained himself on a diet of hamburgers and spite. Yet, sure, let's hand him the nuclear codes again.

Seriously—Donald Trump was a con man before he was a candidate, a failed businessman before he was a brand, and a reality show host before he became the so-called "leader of the free world." In his first term, he botched the COVID-19 pandemic so badly that it led to hundreds of thousands of preventable deaths. He was impeached twice, incited a violent coup attempt, and spent more time ranting about dishwashers than addressing climate change.

But, 74 million Americans looked at all that and said, "Yeah, that's my guy—the loud one with the spray tan and the felony trials."

Now, just 100 days into his 2025 term, he's already declared that presidents should have total immunity—especially for crimes committed while trying to dismantle democracy. He's ordered ICE to round up immigrants, including legal ones, and deport them to foreign prisons without due process. He's gutted the Department of Education (really putting America first, huh?), threatened to pull the U.S. out of NATO if Europe doesn't "learn some respect," and openly supported Russia while Russia invades Ukraine for no more reason than that the libs rooted for the other side.

Let's not forget Trumps catastrophic misunderstanding of tariffs, which has sent markets into free-fall. Yes, the self-proclaimed "business genius" is once again pushing tariffs and trade deficits while slashing taxes for billionaires—because if trickle-down economics hasn't worked in 40 years, surely the fifth time's the charm, right?

But sure, let's pretend this man—who bankrupted casinos (businesses literally designed to never lose money)—is somehow going to revive the middle class. Let's pretend the guy who called veterans "suckers and losers" is a patriot. Let's pretend the guy who dodged the draft, dodged taxes, dodged facts, and dodged court dates is your working-class champion.  Oh yeah.

Trump didn't drain the swamp he filled it with piranhas. He didn't build the wall.  He put a toll gate on it and is charging admission.  He built a grift out of your rage, your ignorance, and your desperate need to believe someone finally saw you. But he didn't see you. He saw a mark. And you were it.  Again.

MAGA voters don't support Trump because he helps them—they support him because he hurts the people they don't like. It's not about jobs, health care, or education. It's about owning the libs.  It is about being a stupid dumfuck who votes against YOUR OWN HEALTH AND FUTURE.

What did MAGA voters get in return for their votes? Rising prices after Trump restarted a trade war. A gutted public school system under "patriotic education reform." A president who claimed climate change is good because Kansas might someday grow mangoes. An abortion ban so extreme that miscarrying women are being prosecuted for murder. But hey, at least no one's teaching kids about Harriet Tubman anymore.

The man once said he'd be a dictator "for one day", and MAGA voters cheered like he'd announced free meth and monster trucks. You voted for him after watching him try to overthrow the U.S. government. That's not patriotism—that's Stockholm syndrome.

Seriously—you were warned. Economists warned you. Generals warned you. Teachers warned you. Your ex-wife warned you. Your kids warned you. Even your TikTok algorithm warned you. Hell, even Fox News had a brief moment of clarity before collapsing back into its black hole of conspiracy theories.

But you ignored it all because you liked the vibe.  And now you get to work until you drop dead, and your face is gone.  And I'm not sorry.  I'm not here to save you. I'm here to finish what you started dumfuck.
