I'll turn the cheek to that affront, on consideration of your using lower case 'a' intented as vernacular for violent chaos.
If there is one thing I'm certain of, Milgram's experiment on obedience explains the already corrupt system of governance in place. In poor countries, bribes are paid directly to get anything done, wheras our system has the bribery is in the salary. What you would encounter in Nigeria, Indonesia or Bangladesh is by far the more honest way.
I don't just mean govt bureaucracy and judiciary, which I term Beauraclergy. This extends to the weasel middle manager and odious company man coworker of any organization, including the private sector. Police, regulatory bodies, tribunals and appeals, as well as the Courts are corrupt.
Servile sycophant statists remain gormlessly oblivious, unless and until they find themselves touched by the operation of their Beauraclergy closing ranks against them. You won't find this populace trained to stay in its lane turning down research grants and govt funding for principles, only greater pressure. Hate speech and protest without permit is already illegal and its up to who we gave away that authority to, to categorise it. Rejoice the fourth turning to demolish this dystopian system.
