Upwards of 206 U.S. citizens have been hauled off the streets into vehicles by masked federal agents conducting Operation Metro Surge over the past three months in Minnesota, according to legal sources. Many of those citizens, or USCs, have been beaten, had their constitutional rights violated and were brought to the Whipple Federal Building, with some later brought to Sherburne County Jail.
