Trumps speech was a declaration of war. The American people know Trump has cuked America even if congress pretends he has not. I would call it a Gleiwitz speech, but the Nazis actually created a real fake incident to justify their shit. Trump does not bother with that, and he uses incidents years and decades old which are also stained with multitudes of perspectives and interpretations of many different colors. Trump is a very lazy tyrant. But whatever, much of America will simply want to know what interpretation everybody is supposed to believe. Find out which interpretation is popular in the confusion, they will adopt it. So Trump being lazy won't matter.
