I figured the cost of generating summaries for 30000 articles using a server farm is about ten bucks.

The electricity for me to do it myself is going to be five bucks using the model I am currently using which has been giving very good results.  167 hours.  I could do it now but I'm going to get more sophisticated first.

The model was loaded and all I had to do was press a button to generate. the summary.
