Iran claims Israeli ceasefire violations as it appears to maintain control over Strait of Hormuz

Iran's Fars news agency said Wednesday that tanker traffic through the Strait of Hormuz was being "suspended" over Israel's continuing attacks against Hezbollah in Lebanon.

That lasted long. NOT! lol.

I didn't think Netanyahoo would be able to keep his gunz holstered very long.

On the upside, the jawboning got the price of oil below $100 for a day and 2 tankers got thru!

Iran war live: Israel kills 254 in Lebanon after US-Iran agree ceasefire

Israel has bombed locations across Lebanon, including the capital Beirut, in devastating attacks that authorities say have killed at least 254 people and wounded more than 1,165.  Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had earlier said that Lebanon would not be included in the ceasefire.

Scene: Oval Office. TRUMP sits behind the Resolute Desk, phone on speaker. BIBI's voice, calm and amused.

BIBI: So just to be clear — you threatened to wipe Iran off the map. Big words. Very big. Then your advisors told you it would end your political career. So you accepted their ceasefire terms. Their terms, Donald.

TRUMP (waving hand, not at phone): Tremendous ceasefire. Best ceasefire anyone's ever seen. Iran blinked. Ask anyone. They were begging. Total begging.

BIBI: They got everything they wanted. You got nothing. Except photo ops.  Lots of them.

TRUMP: I got great ratings. Biggest ratings. Iran knows who's boss.

BIBI: Sure. Anyway — we're continuing in Lebanon. Hezbollah still exists. So we're leveling a few more villages. Hundreds dead so far. Violates the ceasefire, but I don't care. We are only killing animals.

TRUMP (frowning slightly, then brightening): That's your thing. Your Bibi thing. I don't get involved in the details. The hotels on the strip will be grand. Lots of gold everywhere.

BIBI: No, you don't. But the world will say you're the guarantor of this ceasefire. And we're breaking it. That makes you my bitch.  Don't forget.

TRUMP (interrupting): It makes me a very stable genius who gave Israel incredible flexibility. Unprecedented flexibility. Nobody's ever seen flexibility like this.

BIBI: That's one word for it. The press is using a different word. Starts with "c."

(Long pause. TRUMP shifts in his chair.)

TRUMP (quietly, to no one): They're saying that again.

BIBI: It's true, Donald. You threaten. You bluster. You pose for the cameras. Then I do what I want, and you tell the world how beautiful it is. Now send more bombs. We're low on the ones that go through concrete. The big strong ones.  You know you like it.

TRUMP (perking up): The bunker busters? Best bombs. Beautiful bombs. I'll get some from Japan for you. But you gotta say I was tough. Made you promise me they will be used for peace.

BIBI: You're the toughest cuck I've ever seen.

TRUMP (like an F-15 streaking high in a desert sky, Bibi's jab goes over his head): Thank you. Very nice. Very strong.

(BIBI hangs up. TRUMP looks at the phone, then at an aide who stands stiffly near by.)

TRUMP: He loves me. You heard all that, right? Total respect.

AIDE (deadpan): Yes, Mr. President.

TRUMP: Get Canada on the phone. Their high and mighty asses are complaining about the noise again.
