We always justify what we want to do in some way.  I am no different.  If you are doing something questionable without proper justification you set yourself up for cognitive discomfort.  Which can be severe.  Who wants that?

I don't pay for any use of any AI, if it isn't free I won't touch it. I use it very sparingly.

The only "AI" I use is playing my phone Chess program and whatever Google runs in their Search Engine.  Both were around before all the hoopla about AI.
