Trump is so pro-Israel Biden can ignore Palestine and get by with it.  Third party votes may be higher this time, but I don't see Israel pushing the election one way or the other.  Murder in the Mid-East is normalized and the sheep will think something is wrong if Israel and Arabs were not trying to do each other in.  The total mimics without any imagination at all believe that the current Gaza bullshit is preordained by prophecy.  That the big guy in the sky has planned all this.

People have will, and for most people, it definitely and definitively, be not free.  If people had free will, believing in popular contemporary bullshit would be impossible.  Murder would not be tolerated.  Contradictions would not be normal.
