The Department of Education opened investigations into dozens of universities Friday, part of President Donald Trump's campaign to pressure the higher education world to fall in line with his administration.

But of course Trump does not want the department of education and he is shutting it down last I heard.

Trump wants Gestapo management.  Trump hates education.  Education tells stories Trump does not like to hear. Trump is always trying to change the story.

"Under the spreading chestnut tree,
There we sit both you and me,
Oh, how happy we will be,
Under the spreading chestnut tree."  it used to be.

Now it is Rosebud time for democracy.

"Under the spreading chestnut tree
I sold you and you sold me—
There lie they, and here lie we
Under the spreading chestnut tree."

And everything belongs to the upper class.

The Trump administration has delivered an ultimatum to Columbia University. Permanently end federal funding unless the university cedes control of an international studies department, and implements sweeping changes to other campus policies.

The university must immediately place its Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African Studies Department under "academic receivership for a minimum of five years."

No explanation of what academic receivership is, but I think we can figure it out.

Trump is the Mofo who must be fired.  He's out of control and deranged.

And the Sultan Of SpaceX has to be taken off the welfare dole.

White House pressure leads universities to cut ties with nonprofit that helps racial minorities

The Trump administration said Thursday its campaign to end diversity programs in higher education has led dozens of universities to cut ties with an organization known as The PhD Project, which helps racial minorities earn doctorate degrees.

The PHD project

De white whales have their bowels in an uproar.  Preferential treatment, we must have none of it.

Inside Skull & Bones, The Elite "Openly Secret" Society With Highly Influential Members

Every year, 15 Yale University seniors are tapped to enter the ranks of Skull and Bones, one of the most mysterious secret societies on the planet. Skull and Bones, as Esquire writer Ron Rosenbaum puts it, is “devoted to converting the idle progeny of the ruling class into morally serious leaders of the establishment.”

Republican preferential treatment is more directly financial.

It looks like Dubai is the hot deal.

The loudest warnings about "replacement" tend to come from inside institutions that have long practiced exclusion by price tag, pedigree, and private invitation. Claims of demographic "replacement" make little sense in a society where elite access remains overwhelmingly structured by wealth, and who you know. Before worrying about who is being "replaced," it is worth examining who continues to control the gates.
