Only members can see this.  My post count was over 1000 before we were wiped clean but after restoring posts I only have 852 now.  I should have only lost 8 days of posts.  The loss should have been no more than 20, not 150.

It took a bit to figure this out.  The first time we were wiped out which was not complete, we lost more than we knew.  The last percolation of tyranny has a post count that matches the backup and is correct.  I do not know how the post counts compared before, but I believe posts had been deleted the first time around, and the post count had not betrayed that fact.  Not until this last kick in the ass revealed it.

Anybody who can hack into the database and erase table content can read everything, as well as copy the content.  Basically, they have the same level of access as an Admin.  It's a problem of all social media.  If you beef up your security to the level necessary to stop a decent hacker who can get into the control panel of your hosting service, it makes accessing your content very cumbersome.  What you would have to do is have all posting encrypted end to end and have a private and public key, the way encrypted email works.   Not worth the trouble.

I was well over 1000 posts before this latest breach.
