Tariffs Charged to the U.S.A. is a phony calculation which turns out to be a ratio of trade imbalance having nothing to do with tariffs.

Vietnam is calling the bullshit, knowing Trumps column on his big card is bullshit.  Vietnam canceling all US tariffs forces their ratio to 0%.  From that they claim the nominal 10% like England, and bribe it down from there.
