Not only won't tech save us, it's wreaking havoc with the stock market.  AI is a huge bubble, and this newz from China is just the pin to pop it.  It should be quite interesting watching the conjvulsions as a trillion in speculative investment goes up in smoke.

A shocking Chinese AI advancement called DeepSeek is sending US stocks plunging

RE
Now that a day has gone by I see DeepSeek shows how precarious the stock market is.  Nvidia stock plunges and looses more value than a medium sized country (value it never should have had) because a new innovation comes along.

In the theatre of collapse ( i prefer that spelling ) is there such a thing as a good thing.  Could the fall of an overpriced stock be a good thing?

I really do not give a fuck.  Our system is rotten to the core, and thinking about Nvidia stock loosing value as being a good thing or not is about the same as thinking about where deck chairs should be placed on a sinking ship.

Is this the pin that pops the tech bubble?  It could be.
