Agreed, except I think Trumpolini believes his narrative, that the protests are run by the "radical left" and most people support him.  Also he has a lot of ICE goons who will look at this as an opportunity to fill their quotas.  Plus of course there are neo-nazis who will be looking to make trouble.

Particularly in LA, Chitown and Portland where he's putting on the most pressure, I think there is a lot of dry tinder where a small spark could set off a big explosion of frustrated people.  Worth watching.

First I've read about the "3.5% Rule".  Will these demonstrations reach that threshold?  It is around 11M people, about double what turned out last time.  If they do reach it, they should start a new No Kings political party.

They were starting to walk down I assume 5th Avenue.  This group was leading the pack of about 10,000 who marched following them.  So 'hands up' was an appropriate way to start the parade.  Interpret the hands as you wish.

If we retreat back into work and family. If we ignore the news.  If we do not show up to protest.  If we do not demand our democracy back.  America will die as Trump, the thief in the ballroom rips off the American people.
