First I've read about the "3.5% Rule".  Will these demonstrations reach that threshold?  It is around 11M people, about double what turned out last time.  If they do reach it, they should start a new No Kings political party.

They were starting to walk down I assume 5th Avenue.  This group was leading the pack of about 10,000 who marched following them.  So 'hands up' was an appropriate way to start the parade.  Interpret the hands as you wish.

'No Kings,' and the '3.5 Percent Rule'

If we retreat back into work and family. If we ignore the news.  If we do not show up to protest.  If we do not demand our democracy back.  America will die as Trump, the thief in the ballroom rips off the American people.

Deep below where lava flows things stir, and after aeons of stirring changes come to the surface,  in time the stirrings are made violently known.

Trump stirs things up, and an eruption there must be.  What stirs?  Kyle speaks to it after ranting about Amazon he starts to talk about the implications of it all.  Doom stirs.
