RE ran into financial issues which did not let him keep the original Diner going.  Together RE and I kept the Diner going at Global Collapse which gave us a platform for free but we were subject to censorship.  Then I figured out to use my own website to host the Diner because the censorship bothered me. Here there is NO FUCKING CENSORSHIP.  Unless someone decides to be a dickhead in which case RE and I will respond appropriately.

So Is Russel guilty?  I really don't give a shit.  There is no evidence and thus no possible adjudication.  To take a side would be to be manipulated.

Russel is facing financial ruin regardless.  Google has demonized and demonitized him.

The Thom Hartmann show.  I left a few comments in the chat and I could see them fine.  But I opened a proxy from a different IP address  and the browser in my proxy showed I did not exist in the Thom Hartmann chat.  This caused me to get off my ass and do some real work in the house in my real life.  A good thing  and Thom Hartmann is probably not a good use of my time.  Seriously, this is not sour grapes.  A man should consider the company he keeps.

Now I am off to do my proletariat  undercover work as a big box employee.  Looking at the soft underbelly of retail capitalism at $22 an hour.  Observing alienation up close and personal for six long hours.

Certainly, if we had a million subscribers it would be a lot more difficult to be left relatively unmolested, with only sporadic interference.  We would probably get the AP treatment.  It's the principle though, not the numbers.

Far as the alternate definition of knowing it when you see it being arbitrary, if it's good enough for the SCOTUS, it's good enough for the Diner.
