Australian journalist Lauren Tomasi was shot in the leg with a rubber bullet while covering protests in Los Angeles on June 8, 2025.

The pig at the end of the line did it.  You can replay and see.  Very close range.  You can see him aiming while she is facing the camera.

It appears the chaos is accelerating quite rapidly now.  Truumpolini will undoubtedly double down on this by deploying NG troops to any of the locations with planned demonstrations that gather a couple of hundred people.  Newsome is suing the Feds and Trumpolini is threatening to have him arrested.  How will other Gubernators react to this?  Definitely sets up a battle of state vs fed gov.  Secession maybe?  Is this the beginning of the violent phase of revolution?

The Revolution Will Not Be Streamed

You will not be able to stay home, brother
You will not be able to swipe right, tap in, and zone out
You will not be able to doomscroll on fentanyl
And skip out for DoorDash during ad breaks, because

The revolution will not be streamed
The revolution will not be streamed

The revolution will not be brought to you by Pfizer
In four parts with influencer interruptions
The revolution will not show you TikToks of Trump
Blowing a dog whistle and leading a mob of Proud Boys,
Steve Bannon, and MTG to storm a Walmart
For discount MyPillows and stolen classified folders

The revolution will not be streamed

The revolution will not be a Coachella influencer collab by Pepsi
And will not feature AOC crying in a Netflix doc
Or Bernie selling "Fight for $15" merch on Cameo
The revolution will not be a bank's BLM tweet
The revolution will not accept your LinkedIn reposts as solidarity
The revolution will not be a branded hashtag on your burner account, because
The revolution will not be monetized, sister

There will be no TikToks of you and LeBron James
Pushing a Whole Foods cart through a protest on live feed
Or trying to NFT that OLED into a rented U-Haul
CNN will not be able to call the midterms at 8:32
With exit polls from 29 swing states

The revolution will not be streamed

There will be no bodycam footage of cops kneeling
On brothers looped for viral clout
There will be no bodycam footage of cops kneeling
On brothers looped for viral clout
There will be no LinkedIn posts of Ben Crump
Praising Starbucks for their Juneteenth cupcakes
There will be no drone shots of Clarence Thomas
Strolling through Ferguson in a Black Lives Matter hoodie
That he's been saving for just the right podcast

The Kardashians, Stranger Things, and Love Island
Will no longer be so goddamn relevant, and
Men will not care if Elon finally crashed Twitter
Because Black people will be in the street
Looking for a brighter Wi-Fi

The revolution will not be streamed

There will be no trending hashtags on the Daily Show
And no Supercuts of pink-haired non-binary activists
And Meghan Markle crying in a docu-series
The theme song will not be produced by Pharrell or
Dr. Dre, nor autotuned by Drake, Bad Bunny,
Taylor Swift, or Travis Scott

The revolution will not be streamed

The revolution will not be right back
After an ad for meditation apps,
Viral conspiracy threads, or ethical crypto.
You will not get points for your Instagram post,
Your LinkedIn I'm with you hashtag,
Or your Twitter thread about awareness,
Because the revolution will not be a fucking performance.
The revolution will not pair well with regular meals
The revolution will not sponsor your podcast
The revolution will ban your burner accounts

The revolution will not be streamed
Will not be streamed
Will not be streamed
Will not be streamed

The revolution will be no algorithm, brothers
The revolution will be offline

And in your face.

Tin soldiers and Trump's a coming
He want's everybody on their own
This summer I hear the drumming
More will be dead this time around

Gotta get down to it
Soldiers are cutting us down
Should have been done long ago
What if you knew her
And found her dead on the ground
How can you run when you know

Is Trump's Nixon wannabe nightmare his private deranged dream, or is Bibi having Trump create a distraction to cover for their upcoming sneak attack on Iran?

Demonstrators gathered in Seattle's Cal Anderson Park on Wednesday night then took to the streets to denounce the Trump administration's ICE raids around the country and the decision to deploy the military in Los Angeles.

The crowds grew into the hundreds even before the event's scheduled 7 p.m. start. As people milled around in the park, and some gave speeches, many were preparing to march downtown. Organizers refused to disclose the destination even as the group went on the move and blocked traffic on Pine Street around 8:15 p.m. Above, a helicopter moved with the crowd.

But the group was heading, as everyone basically knew, to the Henry M. Jackson Federal Building. Once near the building, around 9 p.m., a few in the crowd dressed in black and masked, began to drag garbage cans into the road. Then chairs and tables from a terrace of a nearby building.

The crowd had been mellow, if determined at the beginning.

Whenever I go to an action I'll be checking the local news as soon as I can to see what they got wrong.  Had I marched from the park with the rest going downtown I would not be home yet to post this.  The destination was clearly announced before the march downtown started.  It was said on the loudspeakers.  Local news is always looking for something sneaky to happen at Seattle protests.  Our media conveniently 'forgot' about the realistic drills that were common here when the war on terror was young.  Cos-playing anarchists was a thing.

Lots of people were dressed in black, a few of the more buff and built no doubt were the Kings men.  Ready to pretend to be antifa.  I got a whiff of something nasty that was accidentally released by somebody as I walked through the crowd.  Suddenly my right eye was in pain and I had a burning sensation in my throat.  Somebody had bear spray, or pepper spray, or something, and some must have leaked.

Nothing was going on when this happened, it was accidental.  The crowd, about 1000 people was mellow when it started marching.  It is very relaxing to be in a crowd of hundreds of people when everyone is getting along.

The chopper loud as fuck showed up as the march downtown started.  I am happy not to have had to deal with that shit.  It would have got on my nerves.

What's the over-under on Trumpolini declaring Martial Law on June 14th if the protests are big enough?  Hell, he'll already have the tanks in the streets with his Birthday Parade.  His whole objective here is obviously to incite violence as an excuse to grab still more power.

There's no way he'll back down, which means there are only a few possible outcomes.

1- More extreme repression with troops dispatched to all the major big shitties, suspension of various civil rights.

2- Rebellion or a coup d'Etat with possible secession by some states.

3- Increasing anarchy and random violence with no clear direction or leadership.

4- Possible assasination attempt, either real or False Flag.

Probably some other possibilities also, with the commonality that all the scenarios will lead to increasing violence along with an economic crisis.  Needless to say, the Bond Vigilantes will not react well to any of these scenarios and  getting a new federal budget passed is going to be impossible.

Millions nationally is good. but I'm more curious about what the biggest single demonstration is, and how it plays out.  You have to figure it will be in LA, which also has the biggest military presence.  Who will the speakers be and what will they say?  What celebrities will turn out?  What kind of counter protests will the MAGAotts organize?

Should be an entertaining day.

The Posse Comitatus Act: Why the Military Can't Act as Police (And Why it Matters)

For nearly 150 years, a little-known law called the Posse Comitatus Act has kept the U.S. military out of domestic policing. But recent events have exposed dangerous loopholes that could allow presidents to bypass these protections. Here's what you need to know.

What Is the Posse Comitatus Act?

Passed in 1878, the Posse Comitatus Act bans the use of federal troops, the Army, Air Force, and Marines as domestic law enforcement unless Congress or the Constitution explicitly allows it. The law was originally meant to stop the military from interfearing with civil rights after the Civil War.

The purpose is to prevent the U.S. from becoming a military-run state. Soldiers aren't cops. Police answer to local officials.  The military answers to the president. Authoritarian overreach happens if the military is allowed to be police.

The law is just one sentence:

QuoteWhoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

Posse Comitatus applies to active-duty military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Space Force) personel.  The Coast Guard (which does law enforcement) and the National Guard.  Unless they're federalized, which Trump illegally did.

The Insurrection Act lets the president send troops to stop rebellions and enforce civil rights laws.  In 2020, the Trump administration exploited two major gaps in the law:

The D.C. National Guard Loophole, unlike other states, the D.C. Guard always reports to the president.  In 2020, Trump deployed them against protesters without invoking the Insurrection Act.

The "Title 32" Trick,  Normally, National Guard troops answer to governors. Under Title 32 status, they're federally funded, but still under state control.  Trump got 11 governors to send 'their' Guards to D.C. creating a federalized force without oversight.

The military's job is to defend the country.  Not police its citizens. Without Posse Comitatus, the King's men will police.

Bringing in the Marines is a clear violation, and Peter Brian Hegseth should get two years in a federal basket weaving camp for his violation.  If Trump gets by with violating Posse Comitatus he will be emboldened, and Trump will use his military again, and again, and again.  Until the people whom Trump has fucked over can't be counted because there are so many of them.

Or am I the only one who understands this about Trump?  Trump has the Hitler hate.

To stop Trump put his Lackeys in Prison.  Give them consequences.  Then Trump will have no Lackeys.  But without consequences, his madness will only grow, and stupidity will reproduce itself.
