Shocking New Development in Case of ICE Agent Killing Keith Porter Jr. on New Years Eve

Now we know the identity of the ICE agent who shot and killed a Black man, Keith Porter Jr., on New Years Eve.

Heber Sanchaz Domínguez

Likely murdered in the Robert A. Deyton Detention Center in Lovejoy.  He had been in custody 6 days so we can assume his health was not so bad he was near death.  Like duh.  Sánchez had been in ICE custody for six days and was awaiting a hearing before the Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration.  The detention ceter's medical staff discovered Sánchez hanging by the neck and unresponsive in his sleeping quarters at about 2:05 a.m., ICE said.

My my, ICE says lots of things.

Consulate seeking answers after Mexican national dies at ICE detention facility in Clayton County

The Mexican Consulate General is demanding a transparent investigation after a 34-year-old Mexican national, Heber Sanchez Dominguez, died in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody at a Clayton County detention facility just days after his arrest.

Victor Manuel Diaz

Died in ICE custody Jan. 14 at Camp East Montana in El Paso, according to ICE.  Another alleged suicide.  Rinse and repeat.  His body was sent to William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) instead of the El Paso County Office of the Medical Examiner who performed the autopsy reports on both previous detainees to die at Camp East Montana.  Obviously something to hide.  The family is skeptical that he may have committed suicide.  Ya Think.

Family doubts ICE suicide ruling in death of Nicaraguan man arrested in Minnesota

Victor Manuel Díaz was detained at a Coon Rapids (Minneapolis suburb) restaurant before being transferred to the Texas ICE facility, where he died.

Parady La

Another one likely beat to death.  Parady was a 46-year-old Cambodian refugee who arrived in the United States as a child, died on January 9, 2026, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, after just three days in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).  Found unconscious in his cell; agents performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation and administered several doses of Naloxone, an opioid antidote. Rushed to the hospital, his condition rapidly deteriorated, with anoxic brain injury, shock, multi-organ failure, and complete kidney failure, leading to the cessation of brain activity.  The use of Nalaxone tells you that ICE is covering something up.  That is if you have a brain.

'Like a father figure': Family mourns Parady La, Upper Darby man who died in ICE custody

Michael La, 34, has "a lot of memories" from the summers he spent as a child with his uncle, Parady La, who died Jan. 9 while in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody.

Luis Beltran Yanez-Cruz

Luis began telling his family that he wasn't feeling well a few days after Immigration and Customs Enforcement transferred him to a California facility, his daughter recalled.  She said her father had just eaten breakfast at a McDonald's and was on his way home when he stopped to talk to a friend who was working nearby when ICE showed up and arrested him.  Luis should not have had to die in prison.  ICE initially detained Luis in mid-November in New Jersey, where he had lived for decades.

Foolish memo for Bondi to send, but she was told to send it.  Bondi is in so deep a crane could not get her out.  🏗

When it comes time for the elections ICE will be able to escort 'Election Mechanics' into blue states to do what they have to do to ensure the persistence of Der Fuhrer and friends.  When the Supreme Court gave Trump and minions de facto immunity as they have done armed thugs result.  Who could have guessed?  Thugs who are able to execute Trump opponents with immunity.  The precedent is established by the Minneapolis murders.

But after Trump kills many many more his regime will eventually end.  Fascism carries the seeds of its own destruction 💥 .  Then after Trump is dead, President Miller will face justice.

When it comes time for trials the most clearly documented crimes go first.  The rhyme is the is the Hadamar Trial.

On October 15, 1945, chief prosecutor Leon Jaworski, who would gain fame during the 1970's, as Watergate Special Prosecutor, won convictions for all those accused.  The documentation of the Hadamar killings were extensive making this trial the logical place to start prosecuting NAZIs.

Unfortunately it is likely to get worse before it gets better and the regime comes to an end.  Recalling the trajectory with Uncle Adolf, before he finally topped himself in a Berlin Bunker, the Reichstag had to burn, millions of Jews, Gypsies and other poor folks got gassed & there were 4 years of World War.

Then after it was finally done, the same Bankster families set up the same monetary system with the same property laws you had before, so besides the fact Herr Hitler was dead, nothing really changed.

Will der Fuehrer Donolf Trumpler back his favorite Gestapo Barbie or throw her under the bus?  Scapegoating her is likely the better choice politically since it does shift the blame for the recent murders to her from where it truly belongs, because she's obviously just carrying out policies he's totally in favor of and wanted to implement. The Donolf's narcissm & megalomania  and fear of being perceived as weak and not totally in control may however lead to the less expedient choice.  Particularly since the Demodopes have given him an ultimatum, which no wannabee Dictator can do and still maintain an iron grip on his authority.

The fact this conflict sets up yet another Goobermint Shutdown exacerbates the situation further.  Will that be politically effective or end up being blamed on the Dems if it goes on  for an extended period?  How will a Barbie Impeachment scenario play out?  What concessions will Trumpler make to ICE tactics and Authority to try and resolve the conflict?

The game continues.  Break out the popcorn.

Can Non-Violence Save the USA?

The American public are being held hostage by a ruthless, murderous, unconscionable government. They will not listen to non-violent demands.

Probably not, but a repressive fascist regime uses that as an excuse to double down on the repression and increase its own level of violence.  Resulting in an upwards spiral leading to full scale revolt.  Are Amerikans prepared to go the full 9 yards to revolution?

More than 3,000 No Kings protests set for Saturday

Organizers across the U.S. are planning more than 3,000 local events Saturday for No Kings Day of Nonviolent Action.  The big picture: Progressive political groups, labor unions and human and civil rights organizations expect Saturday's nationwide demonstrations to surpass last year's No Kings rallies in June and October.      The Twin Cities will serve as the flagship event, according to organizers, with U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders, Joan Baez, Maggie Rogers, Jane Fonda and Bruce Springsteen scheduled to perform or speak at the State Capitol in St. Paul.

Protesters have gathered for days outside the privately owned, 1,000-bed facility where inhumane conditions have been alleged for months.  Tensions first escalated over Memorial Day weekend when hundreds of detainees went on a hunger strike to protest spoiled food and wretched conditions, some of their lawyers said.

Looks like NJ is gonna be this year's Minneapolis.
